Working Principles of sawdust pellet machine 
1. Firstly, the material is transferred into the conditioner by the moveable screw feeder.

2. Then the conditioner can make different materials fully mixed.What's more, it can adjust the raw material moisture to ensure good-quality pellets.

3. Finally, the suitable raw material is sent to pelletizing chamber.

4. When the roller is moving in the pelletizing chamber, it makes the raw material inletting the holes of ring die and form the pellets.

5. Several paring knives cut the pellets to size as they are extruded from the drum, after which they fall through the bottom discharge chute into a container ready for use.
